RESEARCHERS full time on Archaeometry and Cultural Heritage

People involved full time in the research activities on archaeometry and diagnostic for cultural heritage are part of the Solid State Physics Group at the Physics Department of the University of Torino, that have a long time tradition in research on materials and their characterization in many fields, and strongly linked to the INFN National Scientific Committee 5 (CNS5: technological and inter-disciplinary research) and INFN-CHNet network.

OTHER FUNDAMENTAL CONTRIBUTION

A very strong partnership is active with the spin-off TecnArt S.r.l. Moreover, a fundamental contribute in research came from other collaborations and from researchers that work on specific topic in cultural heritage, but that are mainly involved in other fields of physics (large high-energy experiments at CERN, medical physics, environmental physics, atmospheric physics, etc.).
